On Wednesday 2 November, Camden Council will be inviting local residents, students, businesses, public services and community organisations to an air quality conference in order to take action to improve the air we breathe.
Air pollution has a major impact on everyone in the community. Nearly 9,500 people die every year in London as a result of poor air quality and action must be taken to change this.
At this event you will be invited to hear more about Camden Council’s pledge to improve local air quality and learn how you can contribute locally to make a real difference.
Speakers will discuss the opportunities and constraints involved in tackling the issue of air quality in Camden. This will be followed by a series of breakout sessions where ideas can be shared on how we can tackle this problem together.
